The highest practice in Hinduism is not the two stages.

Instead:

1. Go to cremation ground in India during New Moon, wearing the five insignia.

2. Recite "Oṃ Aghore hrīḥ Paramaghore huṃ Ghorarūpe haḥ Ghoramukhi Bhīma-Bhīṣaṇe
Vama Piba he ruru rara phaṭ huṃ haḥ phaṭ"
until Yoginis appear.

3. Pierce left palm and offer blood in your cupped hand

4. Ask for "Khadga" (sword). Sword is the only thing that makes you a Vidyadhara. And being a Vidyadhara is the only transformation that does not require your death. It is also a highest state, higher than even Vishnu etc.

You could also skip step one, two and three and replace it with the Khadgamala stotram, the yoginis will arise automatically due to the Sri Chakra.
